Thank you for this article. I am a regular donor to a fantastic cleft palate charity called Smile Train . They have performed something like 600,000 free surgeries on children with this condition in developing countries all over the world. I donate bc i like their mission – they want to eradicate cleft palate completely. I like a charity with a BIG idea and the guts to try and pull it off.
