Wi-Fi on the moon is now as fast as the Wi-Fi in your living room

Wifi on the Moon? It's nice to see this frontier reached, but NASA is blowing it bigtime and failing the entire human race by not reorganizing around the KNOWLEDGE ARK PROJECT of creating a self-sustaining Internet in space that can survive any conceivable nuclear or natural catastrophe and help the survivors reboot civilization, preserving all human knowledge and beaming it down when they are ready. Right now if the worse happens, we will revert to the Stone Age, and all our history will be wiped, leaving the survivors clueless. This can be avoided if NASA goes to Congress to change its basic mission statement and receive the ramped-up funding needed. All space projects are nice because they increase knowledge, but not if they're not under the umbrella of the Knowledge Ark so that the knowledge will survive a catastrophe.
